CLW Automobile Group Completes New Energy Special Vehicle Base Expansion to Accelerate Global Green Vehicle Supply

2026.07.29

CLW Automobile Group Co., Ltd., an industry-leading special-purpose vehicle manufacturer headquartered in Suizhou, widely known as the "Capital of Special Automobile in China", has officially completed the expansion and upgrade project of its dedicated new energy special vehicle manufacturing base.

The newly extended production workshop prioritizes R&D and large-scale serial production of three core product categories: electric sanitation trucks, battery-driven refrigerated logistics vehicles, and hybrid engineering construction vehicles. The facility is equipped with smart automated assembly lines as well as independent professional testing laboratories built exclusively for new energy vehicle performance verification. Thanks to upgraded production layouts and advanced manufacturing equipment, the base’s annual output capacity for eco-friendly special trucks has increased by more than 40%, greatly shortening lead times for bulk overseas orders.

Hundreds of senior technical engineers from CLW’s central R&D center took part in technical optimization and process iteration for the upgraded production lines. The refined manufacturing workflow delivers highly flexible OEM and ODM customization services for global purchasers. All vehicle development and production comply with varied emission regulations, electrical safety and vehicle certification requirements for mainstream markets across Europe, Southeast Asia and the Middle East, eliminating technical barriers for cross-border vehicle registration.

Senior management from CLW shared that this manufacturing base expansion marks a pivotal milestone for the company’s long-term strategic goal of supplying safer, smarter and lower-carbon special vehicles for global users. Over the next year, CLW intends to roll out 12 brand-new electric special vehicle models engineered for municipal cleaning, industrial material transport and other usage scenarios to serve global municipal authorities and industrial clients. This capacity expansion will further entrench CLW’s competitive edge as one of the top exporters of green special-purpose vehicles worldwide.
